Oh Deviantart, you're about 18 years old, which is an eternity in internet time. You've gradually gotten so quiet, I'm just letting you know I'm still here being hopeful because even though you've been around, you're still too young to die. Finally getting some springlike weather even though it's still often freezing. I went out for my first bike ride over the weekend, 14 miles. I'm hoping I'll be doing 30 soon. Obviously also can't wait for things to be nice and green again. I'm starting planting again soon just need it to be a bit warmer. Anyway, hope other people are doing okay, I know a lot of people who are dealing with serious hardships now. Will try to do a feature soon too, so let me know if you have any art that hasn't been getting enough attention and I may include it. <3

I dunno. Time keeps marching on and I keep struggling with what to say about the miserable things that have been happening. I feel like I'm supposed to put a positive spin on everything. Like, two minutes ago, it was the new year, and I was supposed to pretend that 2018 is going to be better than 2017, or something. But I've already played this game, back at the end of 2016. I knew it was baloney then and it was baloney two minutes ago. I mean... don't get me wrong. I'm grateful for a lot of things right now. It's just also been a sad slog for a long time.
